I can’t believe it took me a whole week to share a food photo through this 1 Photo Everyday project for the month of March. Thanks to Victor and Rachelle for showing me this fun place (more details in the photo caption)!

Fun fact: Sapporo is the fourth largest city in Japan.

Really enjoyed this concoction on my first night back in Austin! This is called “Sapporo” from Michi Ramen in Austin, Texas. Ingredients: chashu slices, woodear mushrooms, corn and butter, bean sprouts, and green onions (with light broth). I added a hot spring egg and broccoli. DELICIOUS.
