I am so excited for my friend Jihye K. as she embarks on the crazy journey that is Graduate School! Jihye and I have been good friends for years, dating back our involvement as student leaders in the Student Council Association at our alma mater, Stafford High School.

This month, she moves to Blacksburg to enroll in the same graduate program that I just completed in May.
After working with Jihye over the past few years and being involved in a lot of the same professional organizations and conversations, it’s so cool to see her working toward her dream of becoming a higher education professional in the same way that I did. :)

Here’s to a successful two years for Jihye – I know it’s no cake walk but it’s definitely doable and it will be incredibly rewarding. So proud of you!!
